April 16th will be the 10th Annual ESB! Who knew that the little party amongst friends would have turned into such an event. Jeff and I bet every year how much crawfish he is capable of cooking. Just when I thought 700 lbs of crawfish was enough last year, he suprised me and got through it all. All that means is we will have to step it up this year. Mark you calendars and come out and make this year a success.

ESB Homebrew is back in full force. There will be a prize this year but it’s in the works. I’ll update everyone soon.

Our charity is back and we are doing everything we can this year to raise money for the charity as well as having our annual food and clothing drive. Please do a little spring cleaning and clean out those closets. Canned goods can also be donated.
