Staffing Teams

The teams that make the dream a reality

General Contractor:

Scott Hladky otherwise known as "The Honeydude" always comes through. Need something fixed, help out the lighting team, make boxes for the crawfish, or just need someone who knows Austin as well as what you need. ...the Honeydude delivers!

Beer Team

One of the most important teams for the boil is run by Nick and Jake. They are in charge of making sure there is plenty of beer to wash down all the crawfish. If you are interested in sponsoring a keg they are the two guys to touch base with.

Lighting Team

When the sun sets and there is still beer to drink and crawfish to the eat Marty and Bateman’s hard work kicks in. They make sure there is plenty of light to keep the party going till you hop on the shuttle and head to the after party.

T-Shirt Design

You have to let everyone know you made it to the boil and what better way than one of Burger’s custom boil T-shirts. Burger has come up with many great designs each year and this year is no different.

Custom Glasses Team

If you don’t have a nice boil glass in your cabinets your flatware set isn’t complete. The plastic cups are designed by our realtor specialist Nick and Newhouse is in charge of making sure all contests in the homebrew don’t go home empty handed.

Shuttle Team

We have Dana and Bateman to thank as two of the main guys in charge of making sure we get around safe after the boil shuts down and the after party picks up. With out their sponsorship we might have to walk to the bars and who wants to do that?

Sign Team

This team is a revolving door of help but so many wonderful people have given up some time to help us out. Thank you to everyone who has come over days before and expressed themselves with art.

Web Team

Over the years this task has primarily fallen on Ludlow and Kujda. Thanks to Kujda for putting the framework together last year, and for Ludlow taking it over and re-structuring it this year. We should have a pretty solid model to work with for years to come.

Additional Thanks

Also, there are so many people to thank that have helped take this party from a group of friends cooking crawfish in a backyard to an event that is still in a backyard but brings people from all over to the country. For all the people that threw in some extra cash, loaned us a cooler, picked up trash or washed pots the next day, we couldn’t do it with out you.
